Is the homepage redesign actually free?

If I love it, what does the full website cost?
You decide. Seriously. We use a pay-what-you-want model. Most clients pay between $300 and $1,500 depending on the complexity and what feels fair to them.
How long does the full website take?
We do our best to complete it within 1-3 days after payment.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. We're two founders funding our wellness startup by helping businesses with outdated websites. You get a better site, we get to keep building our dream. Win-win.
What if I want changes after I receive it?
During the initial review, revisions are included. After you've paid and the project is complete, we offer follow-up changes for a small fee of $10-$30 per change depending on complexity.
Do I own the website?
100%. Once you pay, everything is yours. The code, the design, all of it. No recurring fees, no lock-in.
What if I don't like it at all?

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Makeyoursitegreatagain website and services. By working with us or using our site, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide website renovation and website development services, including updating or rebuilding existing websites, building new websites, providing source code and instructions, and optional manual assistance using client-provided access. Hosting is handled by the client, except for temporary self-hosted demos used for design presentation.

2. Delivery and review

We provide an initial website redesign for review purposes at no cost. After delivery, the client may either approve the work and complete payment, or request revisions. Revisions are provided only after payment has been received. Work is considered accepted upon payment.

3. Revisions

One round of revisions is included after payment. Additional changes beyond the included revision round may be subject to additional fees. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a separate agreement.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree that you are responsible for backing up your website and data, your hosting environment and credentials, and ensuring you have the legal right to use all materials you provide. We are not responsible for issues caused by client infrastructure, hosting providers, credentials, or third-party services.

5. Access authorization

If you provide credentials or access to systems, servers, or accounts, you authorize us to use that access solely to perform the requested services. We are not liable for issues caused by inaccurate credentials, third-party outages, or system limitations.

6. Payments and refunds

Payments may be one-time, milestone-based, or subscription-based, depending on the agreement. Payment is required after the initial delivery and before final delivery. All payments are in USD. We reserve the right to withhold revisions, final delivery, or further work until payment has been received.

We offer a 30-day refund policy, provided that the client does not use, deploy, copy, or distribute the delivered source code. Upon refund, all delivered code and materials must be deleted.

7. Intellectual property

After full payment, the client owns the final delivered source code. We retain the right to reuse general techniques, patterns, frameworks, and non-client-specific components. We do not display or showcase client work unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Confidentiality

We will treat client materials, credentials, and access information as confidential and use them solely to perform the requested services.

9. No warranties

All services and deliverables are provided "as is", unless otherwise stated in writing. We do not guarantee SEO rankings or traffic changes, performance improvements, compatibility with future updates, or stability of third-party tools, plugins, or integrations.

10. Compliance disclaimer

You are responsible for ensuring your website complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including privacy, accessibility, and industry-specific requirements. We do not provide legal or regulatory compliance advice.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, breaches, downtime, or lost revenue after delivery.

12. Termination

Either party may stop working together at any time. Payment obligations for completed work still apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
